Sprouts, halved
Shallots, diced
Bacon lardons
Pecan nuts, chopped
Red currents
Method
1. Lightly grease a frying pan and add to it the halved sprouts, diced shallots and bacon lardons.
2. Stir fry until the bacon is cooked then add the pecans for another minute.
3. Serve with a topping of red currant berries.
